Quality of extracted patterns [1]

To check the quality of "good" and "bad" distributions of ET parameters, you must compare those distributions that belong to good populations (determined from historical data), with recently created "good" and "bad" distribution patterns.

At this stage YieldWise uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to compare the distributions of the ET parameter. The comparison is repeated approximately 55-70 times to insure reliable results.

The result of these comparisons is two distributions of P-values. The first of them shows the chances that "good" ET sample belongs to "bad" pattern, and the second one shows the chances that the same "good" ET sample belongs to "good" pattern.
