What is the definition of a "bad" population? |
|
![]() |
die is considered "good" if it passes all SORT tests. All other dies are considered "bad". Let's take a specific ET parameter, and select one die on a wafer. The value of the ET parameter is marked as "good" if the die is considered "good". A "good" population includes all values of the ET parameters that were marked as "good". The same rule is followed to create a "bad" population.
